- Kitchen Upgrade – The kitchen was reimagined with a new black sink and hob, a brushed brass mixer tap, vinyl-wrapped marble look worktops and units in a striking Winter Green, and a newly hung door—transforming the look without the cost of a full replacement.
- Finishing Touches – Blackout blinds were fitted in the living room and bedroom for added comfort, and the final styling created a sleek, move-in-ready home.
The Results
Following the refurbishment, the property was revalued on the rental market. The results speak for themselves:
